Canine Behaviour  & Training Consultation 

Introduction

The aim of this Canine Behaviour Consultation  is to help the owner/client with problem-solving why their pet or working dog is misbehaving. This is achieved by doing an initial assessment, follow-up review, and final session to consolidate the canine behaviour & training and recommendations for further training.

We are qualified animal behaviorists and experienced dog trainers with 20 years of experience in training a variety of dogs for a multitude of disciplines from police to search work.

Outline of training package:

Session 1 (assessment) (2 hours) – Baseline assessment on obedience, temperament, recall on lead, retrieve, focus on the owner and around distractions. Implement an action plan.

Located at your or our training center.

NB: Traveling out fee will be invoiced separately.

Expectation Management:

This Canine Behaviour Consultation Package is designed to help you deal with the following:

• Reactive Aggression:
  • Intra aggression toward dogs
  • Inter aggression toward dogs
  • Intra aggression toward people
  • Inter aggression toward dogs
• Other types of aggression:
  • Maternal aggression
  • Fear related aggression
  • Anxiety-related aggression
  • Pain induced aggression
  • Predatory aggression & low-level aggression (car chasing or bicycles)
  • Territorial aggression.
  • Possession aggression (Requires a FULL PACKAGE) 
• Separation anxiety(Requires a FULL PACKAGE) 
• Stress-related behaviors (Requires a FULL PACKAGE) 
• Fear of Fireworks (Requires a FULL PACKAGE) 
• Fear of loud noises (Requires a FULL PACKAGE) 
• Variety of training problems mixed with behaviour problems.
• We can add others according to your needs.

NB: A veterinary behaviour form will need to be filled out.

Payment Policy

Consultation must be paid upfront which is 50% of the Consultation Package. Each follow-up can be booked separately and needs to be booked separately, please. The 1-to-1 Behaviour Consultation package (£200) is a cheaper way to book a consultation, 2 x follow-ups (1 hour), and 2 x phone follow-ups or zoom for 30 minutes.

NB: Once the deposit has been received we can then send you the training date/s for you to confirm so both parties can attend.
